The Analyst Gym ("the app") is a free finance-interview practice game. This policy explains what information the app does and does not handle. In plain terms: the app does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information about you.
None that identifies you. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or any account sign-in. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
To remember your progress (completed stages, XP, streaks, hearts and best scores), the app saves a small amount of data locally on your own device using standard browser/local storage. This information never leaves your device, is not visible to us, and is deleted if you clear the app's data, use the in-app "Reset progress" option, or uninstall the app.
The app's interface loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) so text renders consistently. When those fonts load, your device's IP address is visible to Google's font servers, as with any website that uses Google Fonts; this is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The app does not send any of your progress or personal data to us or to any third party. There are no other network calls, no accounts, and no cloud sync.
The app is intended for a general audience of students and adults preparing for finance interviews. It is not directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Because the app holds no personal data on any server, there is no personal data of yours for us to lose. Progress data remains on your device under your device's own security.
